L'appartamento è ampio, pulito, silenzioso e fornito di tutto. In posizione centrale immerso nel verde. Supermarket a 3 minuti a piedi e Ragistan raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Al checkout si sono sono offerti di tenerci i bagagli fino a sera. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato!

Uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, świetna lokalizacja, komfortowy i bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament

Large bedroom and comfy bed. Clean bed linen and towels. Location backing onto a park with fountains was very nice. Easy walking distance to Registan.Nice bath and shower. There are two single beds in the living room, which is unusual, but weren’t needed by us. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. We used the washing machine in the bathroom, which was very helpful to us, although we couldn’t find an airer/ clothes horse to hang our washing to dry. I think people use the washing line between the kitchen window and bars, though. It was a relaxing place to stay & I would recommend it. The hosts were friendly and polite. The neighbours that we saw were all lovely too.

No air conditioning in bedroom. It was hot when we stayed and although the windows were open at night, it was still very warm. However, it was exceptionally hot when we stayed. Also, the corners in the bathroom are a bit messy with items. The TV didn’t seem to work, we could only get one channel, but we weren’t there to watch TV! The table near the sofa would be better replaced with a low coffee table.

I was a little worried about staying this apartment when I saw the old four-floor building and old entrance. But I entered the room, it was new, spacious, clean, and well-cleaned, just as in the photos. When I filled the large bathtub with hot water, the water heater ran out of hot water and it took a while for the hot water to fill again. So, we should only take showers for consecutive baths. There are many government buildings nearby, and the area is surrounded by parks and is full of greenery, with many kinds of fruits including apples, and many birds singing in the mornings and evenings. It was convenient because there was a small supermarket, ATM, and high-end to affordable restaurants within a five-minute walk. The main tourist facilities are within walking distance. The owner, who is not good at English, was so friendly and invited us for tea at a guesthouse near Registan Square that he runs separately. I bumped into the owner while walking through Registan Square, which is a 15-minute walk away from the apartment. He guided us to a guesthouse nearby and treated us to fruit. The owner was a family of five, consisting of the 40-year-old owner, his wife, son, daughter, and his young mother. The 15 year old girl seems to be good at speaking English. I highly recommend this apartment.

Shower water is low and drains slowly.

A bit difficult to find the apartment, but spacious rooms and close to all the major sights. You will have a very local experience if that's what you're looking for-- with real immersion into everyday Uzbeki life.
