Stunning views from the property towards the bay and mountains beyond. Amazing position right on the water's edge with private access to the sea - great for an early morning swim. Close to local cafes, and easy access to transport links to Kotor and Perast. Quiet village location perfect for relaxing. Well equipped and beautifully fitted-out house and garden. Last and by no means least, a really friendly and very accommodating host.

Can't think of anything really. We had a brilliant 10 days. Just wish we could have stayed longer! When we booked we were concerned about the method of payment outside of booking.com, but everything worked out well. Traffic in Kotor can become quite congested and the buses to Orahovac therefore might not run to schedule, so a taxi seemed best for getting to and from the airport in Tivat, which the host kindly arranged for us.

Beachfront Orahovac is a hidden treasure on the Northern shore of The Bay of Kotor. This area is a good choice, when you prefer to avoid overcrowded beaches of Budva. When choosing this accommodation you will get a compact villa that faces midday and evening sun and has its own seashore. Terrace extendes from villa up to seashore. Up to six persons will spend a very pleasant holiday here. Villa has two well-stocked kitchens and plenty of other items you would need during your stay. For us host allowed parking next to the house on the street and although it seems to be narrow, it still manages to fit both traffic and parking. Orahovac itself has couple of restaurants and you can always drive east or west to go to other locations. Host's family is kind and helpful and we definitely advise to book this villa.

The house is gorgeous, really well designed with a lovely outside area. The house is well equipped and the showers were excellent too. The view is amazing and it’s a great location between Perast and Kotor. Igor was a great host and we had wonderful time
