"The whole experience was ruined due to a cigarette smoke smell."

In general, everything was good. Easy communication. Apartment is nice and well located.

One of the main reasons we booked this apartment was that it is supposed to be a non smoking apartment. However, everything had a smell of cigarette smoke combined with some freshener spray. The bed sheets didn’t feel clean and had a smell like they were just sprayed with some kind of freshener. We checked-in late after long trip and couldn’t look for another place which we would definitely do. This left a quite bitter taste since everything else was ok.
