Was nice and quiet street. The place was nice and roomy. Close to where we needed. I loved the little extra touches and treats.

Fresh paint. Very neat

Overpriced for facilities. Lovely modest house but rate too high for what and where the house provides

Great quiet location in Taupo, good quality linen on the beds and hosts accommodated our later check out which was nice. Nice touch having a coffee machine.

Unfortunately no dry firewood, kindling, paper or fire lighters to light the fire, which is a must in this old house in winter. No trampoline or piano present as in photos.

Comfortable beds. New carpets in the bedroom areas. TV with a good selection of viewing platforms. Large renovated central kitchen area. Nice towels and bathroom. Convenient location. Approachable hosts.

Door to deck very difficult to open and close. Pots and pans were small. Microwave and oven were not clean on our arrival. Washing machine and dryer were outdoor.

Great place with a lot of space. The pictures are not current but we were happy with the furniture and beds provided. Happy that towels were there and an espresso machine was great too! Good location walkable to the lake.

The neighbour was quite rude to us in the morning when we were outside reading (around 10am) - understand that some guests are loud but this was not us and he was very abrasive and unwelcoming. Understand this is not the host’s fault however.

Clean throughout on arrival with the chocolate treats being a bonus in the fridge. Beautiful and bright but very warm home.

A bit disappointed with the photos on booking.com one of the main reasons I booked this property was, the fact there was a trampoline in the yard and a girls room set up with a toy box with bunks and a boys room seperate, on arrival there’s no trampoline, or girls room set up the bunks, they were in a small room not in the rooms as pictured in the description.
