MYMYMYPlease send the staff for training in administration, communication and handling situations in peak periods, especially the ladies. The staff told me that they do not know the status of the rooms that I booked and also told me that the staff who made the arrangements earlier ie the group of staff in the morning shift, did not hand over any pending issues. The staff too, kept rejected my calls several times!!!!
