Despite constant rain and wind the apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Close to pier, hot pools, supermarket and a lovely library. Single, easy to get bus into town was good.

It's not a dislike but an observation - getting parking anywhere close to the unit is a challenge if there is an event, in our case the kite festival.

This is a gorgeous pink sound of a new Christchurch townhouse. It is pristine and very comfortable. It is very close to the beach, due to whether we did not explore but the entrance is within two minutes walk. My children were delighted that it is three storeys high. I loved the coffee machine the cleanliness and having a few bits available in the cupboard to use. The bathrooms were also lovely.

There is no toilet on the ground floor, and if you are mobility impaired this property would be not good for you. Aside from that it was great!

Close to the beach, food outlets, the library, playground, and hot pools, and an easy run into Christchurch as well as to outlying areas. The kitchen had everything we needed for self-catering, the courtyard was a generous size with deck chairs, bathrooms were both a good size and nicely appointed, as were the bedrooms.

Street parking was a bit of a worry in terms of security, and unloading the car was tricky, especially as the gutter was very deep. The internal staircases also made it challenging to get luggage in - especially to the 3rd floor. We managed because my teenage son was able to do the carrying but it could have been tricky if I'd been on my own. We were there during some hot weather and the aircon struggled to cool the bedrooms, as it is positioned facing the middle landing. Probably not an issue when heating the apartment.
