Need to coordinate well so someone can open the enteance to the building when you arrive. My phone was not working well, but once we connected a staff person came right away.

USThis apartment was beautiful and new. Very well stocked. Good location for Iquitos. Very friendly and helpful. Great air conditioning. My only complaint is there was not enough comfortable seating. Hard wood stools with no backs at the dining table and 2 hardwood barstools. There was a small futon otherwise and with 5 people it was a bit uncomfortable. 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs. Unfortunately I twisted an ankle 2 nights before we left and it was a pain, my bad. They arranged for a taxi back to the airport after our stay. They were prompt when I messaged them with any needs. A store right around the corner and restaurants too. Easy to catch a Tuk Tuk outside too. Good experience.
IEProperty was conveniently located to the main square in Iquitos with a shop close by. Staff very helpful. Could get laundry done quickly. Also they held onto luggage for us. Communication in WhatsApp very good and also as didn’t have a lot of Spanish they communicated with excellent English.
