NLHet personeel was zeer vriendelijk! Top! Goede ontvangst bij de receptie. Goede service bij ontbijt de volgende ochtend.
Wij kregen het hotel aangeraden door een vriend die Rotterdam goed kent. Eerlijk gezegd vonden wij het niet voldoen aan de verwachtingen en we vonden de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding matig. Het was smoezelig. Niet schoon, zowel ontbijtzaal als kamer zelf.

GBDEDas Zimmer war klasse und hatte alles, was man braucht. Geräumig, schöne Möbel und Kunst, gratis Wasser und Espressomaschine. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand.
Der Teppich im Flur – eher unwichtig – könnte beizeiten ausgetauscht werden. Leider war der Fahrstuhl kaputt, dafür dann gutes Kardiotraining. das Frühstück war uns zu teuer.
