Buena atención, ubicación muy buena, hay restaurantes y un Walmart a corta distancia, todos los servicios ok, calle silenciosa con vecinos amables.

Sería bueno un poco más de limpieza, especialmente en sabanas y almohadas, puede que no encuentres lugar afuera para estacionarte. También una pequeña reparación a la cama sería bueno.

The location was not convenient, public transit is not a great option because the busses may not stop or take your fare in currency. The drivers are unhelpful and have no problem with you riding around for a long time and getting no where. Owner needed to make clear this was in the PRIVADA BERNA section, taxi dropped off 15 minutes away.

Room had not been cleaned in some time, totally ridiculous as if they were mocking the guest; banging on wall during several afternoons intent to disrupt, totally out of bounds video/instructions on where to enter this tv password never sent (just being a jackass?) long hair on bathroom floor/pile of hair and fingernails swept into the corner of the room by the front door floors including bathroom were dirty (dirt surfaced)surfaces not dusted (you couldn't dust for a six night stay?, when was the last time you dusted) continued to talk about sending information in a way I couldn't receive it -- after considerable time and effort made on my part (was I even going to get in?). no lighting in the bathroom area, a mop and bucket sitting in the corner where one would get ready.  Large heavy lamp up high requiring a ladder/chair to take down.  Dusted dirty lamp only to find the bulb was not working. kitchen sink not clean, rectangular waste/objects sitting in strainer
