DEGood location, very close to pedestrian area yet not far from main roads, nice modern furniture and fittings, air conditioning, modern kitchen and bathrooms, very attentive owners who provide breakfast and bottled water.
Some traffic noise because of idiots with high powered cars who show off on the street below

A couple of hooks to hang towels in bathrooms would be nice.
