Everything was exceptional

Since the chalets are not directly accessible by road, we found it difficult to transport luggages to and from the chalet. Toilets are very small.

The location is just perfect. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable. Late check in was very easy thanks to the detailed information sent by the staff. They respond to every question and request in record time. Will definetely come back.

الفريق متواصل بشكل جيد بالواتساب طول اليوم

عدم وجود اشخاص للمساعدة في حمل الحقائب خصوصا ان مواقف السيارات ليست قريبة جدا للغرف والعربات المتوفرة بالمواقف ليست تابعة للوتيل ولم يوفر الاوتيل عربات خاصة به. كثرة وجود الحشرات وعند ابلاغ الادارة كان الرد ان الاوتيل في الطبيعة و قريب من القنوات المائية فهذا الشي طبيعي ، رغم ان بالامكان استخدام مبيدات او اجهزة طاردة للحشرات داخل الشاليه تم تغريمي مبلغ 20 يورو لاني استخدمت ادوات المطبخ ولم اغسها قبل الخروج رغم انها كانت موضوعة في المطبخ داخل حوض الغسيل وليست مبعثرة بالغرفة
