I love how staff is very welcoming to all client. But i was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel.The room had a lot of dust n it clearly had not been properly cleaned before we arrived.there was an old mango drink left inside the fridge and some of the kettles did not even work. This shows poor housekeeping n lack of attention to detail.i expected better hygiene and maintenance,especially for a place meant for travelers to relax.

Unit was very comfortable, clean & cozy. Very nice sea view. Clear instructions from host before checking in. Host was so nice & very understanding. Recommended!

the seaview is nice. unit is big enough to enjoy. environment is nice.

mistaken that is a sea level unit. Is actually on the 7th floor. fridge is not functioning well. kettle is not functioning at all. toilet flush gave issue (is fix by owner in fast pace).

The place needs maintenance & upgrades to bring it up to the standard that both local & foreign guests expect. Parking is limited

Room big Air con very cold

First the owner very rude n never reply the message n call at all until 3.08pm, 1) room not clean 2)parking is full need to part at road side, 3)we was treat like 3rd class guess, This unit is not lexis property, its the private owner renting it out, so u can't get any facilities at lexis, I ask for early check in, event they is no guess stay at the unit one day before I book, the owner will give u password number early but is wrong one, u have to wait till 3pm n call n tell the password is wrong than, owner will say, my son give the wrong pass word than she will give rite one, she will say my son went urgently to overseas, all a trick game, 4) don't dream the owner will answer ur call or message or what up. If u ask me don't book from the owner, better book from lexis wed side, than only u get free breakfast, free parking in the building if not u a 3rd class guess, enjoy....... Will share sum photos about cleaness very bad, I only can share 4 photos, but I have a lot, The room full of dust every way, got lizzard shit all bulkeny,

This app is very unhelpful to me. The hotel I booked is not as in the picture. This is the worst experience I have ever had. 3 hours I waited for the room key to open. After the room was opened, I was very disappointed and hurt to see the condition of the room which was very dirty and disgusting. I then walked out and looked for another hotel. Maybe I was wrong because I mistakenly booked a private property hotel room. I want to claim my money back.
