Heater unit located at level 1 did not have any instructions on operation. Left my luggage infront of the unit and it melted my luggage. Should have some warning labels to indicate it is active

NZGreat location, and the fire and heat pumps made it very cosy. Comfy lounge and enjoyed the underfloor heating. Appreciated the washing machine with plenty of washing powder and a drying rack.
There were dark hairs all over the bed and towels which made it feel unclean. Also it is south facing and is dark in the afternoon on sunny days. Very limited amount of tea, coffee and body wash considering we were there for three nights. Overall we wouldn't stay again and there is nothing special about it.

THClean and spacious. I love the kitchen,there is everything I need. Easy to check-in. Close to Four Square supermarket. Not far from Wanaka city center. Our family love this place
The twin beds are narrow.
