Thick dust everywhere, the TV had 1/2 inch of dust on it. The remote was missing for the TV, so we could only watch one channel the whole weekend. They offered $50 on a $1200 stay. Not good.

We paid extra to check in a couple of hours early and then got an email asking if we wanted to pay MORE to check out late. We were the ONLY ones at the property...instead it might have been nice to have gotten a text/email that said--"hey, you paid extra to check in early, we have no one coming today...why don't you check out at noon instead of 11am!" Just would have put it "over the top" great!
