Lokacija je odlična, blizu šetališta.

Kada uđete u kuću dočeka vas betonsko, nezavršeno stepenište. Minus za domaćine koji se bave izdavanjem ovog objekta. Betonsko stepenište ne pruža dovoljno čistoće, unosti se prašina. Terasa je velika, ali gleda na neuređeno i zapušteno dvorište. Kuhinja je veoma skromno opremljena, nisam čak našao ni kuhinjski nož. Po mom mišljenju, ovi apartamani su na granici da budu ispod proseka, ne zaslužuju ocenu koju imaju.
