The location was good

1. The beds are old and uncomfortable especially for adults 2, What we see on the property pics on booking.com is not what we get 3. The business is named as hostel, but it is far close to be the same as any hostel we can imagine, the number of quests they are accepting, and the property facilities is not acceptable and not aligned, about 25 quests in a house property structure sharing one bathroom, it's unhygienic and should be resolved asap 4. The water was also a problem, if this water issue it's municipality problem, then why accommodating such high number of quests while there's water outage 5. The property owner doesn't welcome his quests formally like other business owners in the same industry, we booked with other 2 properties and they were both messaging us close to check-in time, which was amazing and makes client feel welcomed, back packers! didn't bother themselves with this outstanding service
