Penguino Guesthouse

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Guesthouse war einfach rundum perfekt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Nikki und Steven äußerst herzlich empfangen und ihre Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Beide haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gestaltet haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Frühstück: Unsere individuellen Wünsche wurden ohne Probleme berücksichtigt, was wir als sehr aufmerksam empfunden haben. Alles war frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und einfach köstlich. Auch der Service war herausragend, auf unsere Anfrage hin wurde sofort ein Restaurant für uns reserviert, was uns viel Aufwand erspart hat. Diese Art von persönlicher Betreuung ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Das Guesthouse selbst ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und äußerst komfortabel eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben. Insgesamt können wir dieses Guesthouse uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr nette Gastgeber bei denen man sich direkt wohl gefühlt hat. Eine sehr zentrale Lage, es war vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das gesamte Haus war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Wir wären im Nachhinein gerne ein paar Tage länger in Hermanus geblieben.

Fantastic property with wonderful hosts. Peaceful and relaxing with a lovely pool with the centre of Hermanus a pleasant, short walk away. Outstanding breakfast too!

The location was excellent for us as we could walk into town. The reception had several suggestions and were very helpful. The breakfast was a real treat. We had a nice choice and it was all freshly made.

My wife and I are tall (1.80 plus) and the bed was short for us, I think shorter than we are used to. But it was comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Penguino Guest House. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Great location and lovely breakfast. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Would love to return some time.

Stefan was an excellent host - he gave us lots of information regarding the area and recommendations for places to eat and visit. The breakfasts were amazing - some amazing choices and all cooked to order. It was lovely to have the pool and courtyard area available to cool off in after a day exploring. There was lots of information provided in the guest lounge and it was a short scenic walk to the main area.

It was a little strange having a room directly off the dining room - but this was just a small thing considering everything else.

Room had a king size bed and was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed . Breakfast was ample and delicious . Onsite secure parking
