Amish Country Motel

What a great motel. Rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly and provide recommendations. It is great to sit on the chairs in the front and watch the farm activity and buggy traffic. Within walking distance of a local chicken BBQ on the weekends. We have stayed there several times and will continue to stay there.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable room's, convenient to points of interest. Clean and well maintained!

Over all this is my second time going to your motel! So I would return if I’m going to be in your area again. Enjoyed seeing the farm lands as there very beautiful.

We have stayed at this motel several times and we are always very satisfied with our stay. They have a lovey back deck that is next to a farm field. There are always A,ish buggies driving by if your choose to sit out front. Great place for a nice Amish experience.

Ce Motel est très propre et très bien entretenu. Il est équipé de manière rustique et cela fait tout son charme. Rien ne manque. Il est certes située en bord de route mais c'est le principe des Motels. Cela permet de voir passer les calèches. Il est très bien situé au cœur du pays Amish. Il est proche de Lancaster pour son marché, de Strasburg pour son musée du train et des ponts couverts (attention celui de Eshelman's Mill a été déplacé). En marchant dans la campagne environnante, on peut voir le mode de vie rural des Amish (travail des champs avec des chevaux par exemple). La personne à l'accueil est fort sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin. Il y a toujours du café ou du thé de disponible. Une grande terrasse bien équipée permet de prendre un café ou de déjeuner en contemplant la campagne.

Very nice employees and cute motel in a nice location. Our room had a dehumidifier and made us a little allergic but i think it was just our room because we have stayed here before. Older property but very well kept.

Laura, at the desk, was great. We arrived late and she was very helpful in giving us options for dinner. Location was great, and the fact the hotel offered a free tour through amish country was a bonus. We ended up staying another night.

No breakfast at the hotel, they did have a restaurant about a half mile down the road though. Minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things.

Location was center of it all. Parking right in front of room. Rooms had scenic pictures and quilts on bed. I got a very good night sleep. Free farmland tour that spoke about amish people and stopped at 2 amish shops.

No breakfast but coffee was always available. Perhaps could include coupon to breakfast place.
