The only good thing that these reservation had was localization.

The contact with owner is a joke. I had to receive information with keys location- day before arrival... and nothing. When I was driving to the airport I was trying to reach the host multiple times by Whatsapp, and nothing. Thankfully to booking customer serve to who I had called- nice support worker had told me that I do not to worry because Booking try to reach to host. Thankfully by these woman- the host after 1-2 hrs after contact with booking sent me an information. I was really really mad because the host is a joke. After all he wrote me on booking like there was no problem. There was no sorry or anything- just an message auto-sent by bot. What's more... My god I've never been in so much disgusting apartment, okay I understand the price etc. but it is not my first trip and I was in plenty apartments with similar price and the place was clean. There were everything dust, under bed, next to bed. I've felt awful to use blanket and pillow because I've felt that no one has washed it. Shower looked like one in the train stations (but honestly- even there much often conditions are better). The cover of the shower- first was too long for shower's height and secondly- cover was full of mold. The pressure of the toilet was almost zero. Ah and I can not forget about fridge- fridge was just dirty inside- I honestly even did not want to know what was there dirt but it was awful to put there anything. I've felt dirty in this apartment and I've felt dirty after sleeping in these apartment bed. In my opinion it would be nice to booking do something about this. In my opinion- apartments so dirty like this should not be on booking. Furthermore- the communication problems with host are enough reason to not to use this place to stay. Estaba muy bien ubicado

Olía muy mal, lo vi en los comentarios y pensaba que eran unos exagerados pero era como un olor del bater que es que ni abriendo todo, ventilando y usando ambientador se iba, olía rarísimo

The location was extremely central, and it was easy to check in after hours thanks to a lock box. I was traveling with a group of friends, and this accommodation was more than sufficient for the two nights we were there.

The shower had a hand-held shower head without any sort of mounting point on the wall to put it in. This was very frustrating as you could only use the showerhead by holding and directing it yourself. The bed linens also weren't the cleanest, which was slightly off-putting.
