Residence ElFaracha

I think it is one of the best apartment to stay if you want to stay in your own apartment and not in an hotel. All the stuff is very responsive and solved all my questions very quickly. There is an option to wash your clothes (washing machine is on the floor). It is quite easy to find this location, as there is a sign Residence ElFaracha on the street. Apartment has two balconies with spectacular view, I watched several beautiful sunsets. Interior is also quite nice. I stayed for 4 days and there were no problems with hot water. This neighborhood is just living area of locals, there are no big hotels nearby, so that there is silence at nights. Apartment is very big and there is a lot natural light inside. It is not far away from Medina and restaurants. The beach nearby is a public beach, where locals usually walk and spent time, but it is nice and quite clean, with white sand. I just walked from the railway station by foot, it is about 15 minutes to go by foot.

There is a little lack of some useful stuff inside apartment - for example, there is no cutting board and there is only one knife. I think this apartment also could use a little touch of cosiness - some small lamps for reading and sofa pillows or even small rug or blanket. There is only top cold light and I miss some warm lamps somewhere on the table or on the side of the bed. I also didn't find good grocery shop - probably this is the problem of the whole country, not only this area. Selection in the grocery nearby is quite poor. But there is a market in Medina and there lots of fruits, vegetables, fish, cereals and spicies there.

We had a simple short stay in Sousse and felt well taken care of by Samir (who lives on the same floor). The host was communicative and reachable via texts/phone. The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the long sandy beach and a short 10 minute walk to the medina and train station. Very convenient location for day trips and plenty of options for food/cafe. All requests were promptly taken care of and we appreciated the great hospitality.

The furnishing is simple and slightly lacking, especially in the kitchen. Fridge was not cleaned out and moldy. Some other minor mishaps but were taken care of in a timely manner.

We loved our stay in this property.Apartment was very big , modern, and clean.Landlord was very friendly and helpful.it is in good location just 2 min walk from the seaside 🌴🏖️.

Very nice, spacious, super clean and comfortable. Fantastic host, very friendly and helpful, makes you feel like home. Good location, close to the beach and within walking distance to city centre and medina. Thank you for great stay!

The residential was placed in a not so clean neighborhood. The chitchen could be more equipped(3 plates for 4 persons). The sheets were not so new (in some places they were tore up).
