"Add products for shower time, there were no soaps nor scrunchies to wash. There was one towel."

No breakfast served. The location was not that nice.

When I called their number multiple times they did not pick up. The staff did not have s smile when helping too. They were just going by.

The outdoor area at the back

There was ants , a lot of ants but we were assisted with an anti - ant spray, the bathroom can use some tlc . Initially the receptionist stated that there will be a breakage fee per item broken and for any items lost . We inspected the room , there was a broken glass and no kettle , the receptionist said that that is weird. We then explained we inspected and found that there was no kettle and the glass was broken. She then took the broken glass . After the ant spray was sprayed the ants were still all over the place .Our window could not close as well .
