ZABed was comfortable
There was no toilet seat on the toilet of the one room. The fridge in our room smelled terrible. The swimming pool was dirty and falling apart. My Husband took pictures of the open DB board that is a fire waiting to happen. The kitchen was dirty we were too scared to eat breakfast at you bed and breakfast as the kitchen was very dirty.
ZApoor service and facilities. When we arrived, the staff were in a spin, our rooms weren't ready even after the confirmation took place for a change in arrival time, and along with that, the facilities are falling apart. This is a listing that shouldn't even have been approved. Avoid at all costs.

Service was poor, we were served by someone wearing night dresses, sheets was a mess.

We booked for work. Our colleagues arrived the day before we did. The gate was wide open with no security. The room bathroom they were shown had a Big Hole in it. They were then offered another room which was at the entrance. Safety is not a priority there as well as service. They left and had to check in elsewhere. When we arrived. The gate was wide open. No security. Door to the house was wide open. We walked in and walked around and no one was to be found. We had to phone and was told the lady was in the bathroom and we would be helped shortly. Again, no safety measures in place. When she did arrive, she was pleasant and friendly. She tried to give us the smaller room at the entrance as well. I told her I had paid for the larger room with the kitchen because it was two of us sharing. She then took us to that room which turned out to be a shock! The moment you enter the room you are unable to breathe without the smell of mould . You literally can’t breathe there. The room walls are covered in mould also. Visibly covered. I phone the owner and he insisted that we look at another room. We tried explaining that we were not happy and didn’t feel safe. After much debating, he agreed to refund me. We had to then find alternative accommodation. 3 days later I still have not been refunded and he is not replying to my messages or taking my calls.
