A dustbin in the room, and a plug on the bedside table to charge phone and a lamp. People were very friendly and accommodating. Place was clean and neat.

The management, and staff tailored their services to my needs in that regard I would say they were understanding, and helpful , but I was particularly impressed with Mbali , she was respectful, and polite which are things I value the most in life.

Your staff Mbaly is so lovely, caring and helpful. She made me so comfortable and my stay enjoyable. Although the distance of the guest house to my conference venue was far but she find a way to help me navigate my way even while leaving, she still went along to help me find my way and always ensuring that I am okay. Please help me appreciate her she is a very good lady. She is the reason I am rating your guest house as the best.
