The location is OK if you are need to walk to the train station and the shopping mall next to the train station.

The air-conditioner does not exist - only the shell is left. As a result, the property feels like an oven in the day as it is an attic unit with a small window opening. The unit is 4 floors up (about 100 steps). Host did not share these information. The towels are so old they may be mistaken as rugs - should be replace with new ones. The water in the shower basin will overflow as the water cannot discharge out - down pipe is probably choked. Very disappointed with the stay as host has not bothered to maintain and refresh property.
