Apartament Ariańska

Spacious apartment with double sofa bed and kitchen facilities. Nice airy feel created by velux windows in the ceiling. Out of hours check-in was swift and great communication from owner.

I couldn’t get the WiFi to connect. The owner was very quick to share the passcode but connection wasn’t achieved. A mattress protector would have been a welcome addition.

Близько до залізничного вокзалу, чисто, уютно,не дивлячись на сильні морози дуже тепло. Є кава, чай, все для самостійного приготування їжі. Цілком зручне ліжко, чиста постіль. Дуже приємний власник, завжди на звʼязку і бажанням допомогти. Рекомендую на всі 100%

Świetna okoloca . Dobrze skomunikowana. Blisko do tramwaju. Spacerkiem do Rynku ok. 15 minut :) lokalizacja dogoda odnosnie bliskosci PKP. Rowniez blisko do ptzystsnku tramwajowego w kierunku Tauron Areny . Bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodarzem . Miszkanie zadbane . Czyste , komfortowe :) napewno przy kolejnej okazji znow zawitam . Pozdrawiam i dziekuje :)

Dirty dishes were not the main issue. Far worse was the level of communication with the host, which was extremely poor and ranged from irresponsibility to clear rudeness. As an example, this was the response to a message reporting a Wi-Fi malfunction: "You haven't heard from me since this morning. Was I supposed to enter your apartment while you were gone? Without prior arrangement? You probably changed the router settings and reset it to factory defaults. .. Before your arrival, the internet was working fine" Such communication is inappropriate for hospitality services, and the host appears unsuited to managing guest relations.

Very good location, very kind host, clear instructions. Cosy, well-located apartment. Warmly recommended.

The apartment is located on the fourth (top) floor with no elevator (as indicated).
