The staff, the breakfast, the rooms were lovely

Minor thing: Showers were under pressured, compared with other places we have stayed in Zanzibar

The breakfast at the first day was great. The surrounding is beautiful and the staff is very nice.

The breakfast the days after was more restricted and no other food offer during our stay (no diner or lunch or snacks) The local construction of the rooms is very nice but not convenient for the cleaning, some birds poo (or other animals??) fell from the thatched roof on the floor and on the beds :( The bathroom and toilets are not closed from the bedroom. It will be ok because we are friends but it will be better if it's mentioned.

The location is perfect for those that like to hide in the second line and far from the party crowds on the beach . It’s very well located to still reach any important point in Nungwi within 15 min in walking distance . The place is run by a very friendly Spanish Lady and has a very nicely and clean organized entry , garden and breakfast area . The huts are all organized around the garden. We received very superb service ( laundry , city and dinner tips ) . This is not a luxury all inclusive Hotel but a very nice, clean, simple and quiet place that provides all you need to relax and disconnect.

It is very authentic, garden all around, comfortable bed, location is great… Beach is 3-4 min walking distance , Nungwi beach isn’t far away but my favorite one was Royal beach… I would recommend to rent a scooter from the owner, its good price and convenient… Staff was nice, helpful and breakfast included was good…

Large room with a nice bed and mattress, private verandah with chairs and table to read in the evenings, very quiet area, great breakfast zone and nicely served abundant breakfasts. No one on the beach The Spanish ladies who run the property are very friendly and helpful, the stay felt like home

Our bungalow had a wide wall partition but no doors to the bathroom area, which might be a bit uncomfortable at the beginning, but we got used to it This side of the island at low tides has rocky ground with sea urchins, better use rubber shoes when the sea is low - check the tidal times ( the hostess Bea kindly provided us with shoes), however getting to the Western side Nungwi sandy beaches that are always great to swim takes 10-20 minutes. They get very crowded and noisy at times, especially evenings

The location was pretty good. The staff were fairly nice. The breakfast was okay. The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was okay. The price was fine.

The WiFi was very unreliable. We could not pay by card.

Great big breakfast: fruit, tea/coffee, eggs & toast, crepes or mandazi. Wonderful staff to help with whatever you need. Beautiful, clean rooms, very spacious. Simple and worth every penny!

I didn't like mosquitos. It's a new hotel, so the pool's not finished, and a bit of a walk down to the beach. But, much more affordable than the beachfront ones!
