The apartment is uninhabitable. The listing is reported.

This is an uninhabitable apartment. We left just after a few hours of our arrival, instead of spending there two nights. The apartment is not the advertised one, rather another one on a separate building not included in the pictures. The actual building is still under construction. There is no proper entrance, rather you climb up some concrete stairs, and then "jump" to a handcrafted metal base, to reach the floor that the room was located. Inside and outside of the apartment there were exposed live electrical wires (!!!). Since the building is still under construction, several covers and safety features were missing. There was a cable dangling from the ceiling right next to the bed! The apartment was terribly dirty. There was a very strong smell of garlic all over the place, and there was mould everywhere. It was disgusting to touch anything. The bathroom was mouldy, the shower curtain was stuck together in mould or something. The facilities provided do not satisfy any western minimum living standard. The rooms do not have proper lighting, rather some small lamps on the wall. Its very dark even with everything turned on. The apartment is advertised as having air-conditioning, which is not true for the bedroom. The heat of the unfinished / uninsulated concrete made it impossible for anyone to live in. The host acknowledged the fact, and prepared us to sleep on a sofa on the second room of the apartment! We paid for a double bed, and had to sleep on two different sofas that I could barely fit on. The furniture is very old and dirty. Even the "towels" were just a joke. So small, suitable only for animals up to 5kgs... We had a terrible night. Such a nice and welcoming family who lives downstairs and would love to help with everything. The place was perfect and clean.

Only thing that we would wish for, is that the Aircondition was in the bedroom instead of the living room, so that sleeping could be a bit less hot.

Very friendly hosts! They live just underneath, great for contact if you need anything.

the only thing is the AC vent was in the lounge area and not the bedroom, it was very hot as there was a heatwave, but other than that, everything else was great, it is great value for the price.

Great location, right next to a supermarket and park.
