Domaćica veoma profesionalna i ljubazna. Stan sterilno čist. Odličan raspored. Sve je novo i sa svim potrebnim aparatima u kuhinji. Kupatilo veliko i novo. Krevet veoma udoban. Obezbeđen parking pored ulaza u zgradu. Veoma blizu pešačke zone.

"Odlična lokacija i super čist apartman!"

Domaćica je super, lokacija je odlična jer je sve u gradu dostupno peške. Apartman je super čist!

Jedina mana je sama zgrada u kojoj je stan koja je dosta stara i slabo odrzavana. Lift nije radio dok smo bili tamo. Sve ostalo 10/10

Izuzetno ljubazna i strpljivo domaćica koja je preko svake mere imala razumevanja za moj kasni dolazak. Stan je veoma lep, čist i prijatan. Nalazi se u centru i ima svoje parking mesto što je važno u centru. Kad sledeći put budem bio u Novom Pazaru neću tražiti drugi smeštaj osim ovog. Sve preporuke, nećete se pokajati!

Хорошая квартира в самом центре города. Во дворе есть парковочное место.

Со стороны двора идет стройка, дорога разбита и очень грязно. Подъезд дома выглядит не слишком ухоженно. Это не упрек в сторону владельца жилья, но стоит принять во внимание.
