Les lits sont sur les ressorts, les oreillers flat et petits, la couette douteuse, la télévision avec Roku s'allume mais après il faut créer un compte....bref, elle ne fonctionne pas. L'air climatisé est extrêmement bruyante, même au minimum. On entend tout à l'extérieur. Il n'y a pas de savons et de shampooing offert et la douche a un jet faible. Sans compter que la peinture du plafond est pourrie et que la ventilation ne fonctionne pas correctement mon plus. Les serviettes de bain sont très petites.

Air conditioner is very old and falling apart - worked well but couldn't re-direct the flow of the air so it blew on the bed all night long. everything else was ok. apparently their used to be a stove at one time but is no longer, they should remove the vent for the stove as well.

It was clean. It was very quiet.

It could use a little renovation but it wasn't that bad. All the hotels in Hampton Beach are still "old"... I've been coming to Hampton Beach for 50 years.... The hotels are still kind of old.... Some of them, not all of them. But they are clean despite the nostalgic feel. Paneling and carpets gotta go!!!

Love seeing the bunnies. Love the backyard here! Love the people that run it! That's why we keep coming back!! Location is perfect!!

Price was good, location was ok, generally walking distance to everything

Room 207 smelled like bleach on arrival, so it was just cleaned. AC unit was not on, when turned on it was loud and leaking, water on carpet under unit. There was definitely mold present. No screens in windows. Water backed up in shower, not draining properly. I let them know and they seemed to be aware of this issue but claimed not to have yet to fix it. I told her not to rent room 207 until it was fixed, possible health hazard due to AC leaking and mold
