NANANAThe room is impeccably clean, the spacious shower meets expectations, and the staff at Step are exceptionally welcoming.
The missing microwave has caused inconvenience as I struggled to approach the employees at the front desk to heat up my food. It is recommended that the management of the Step place a microwave in the guest room for added convenience.

The matress was rather thin and one could feel the gaps on the base of the bed. I understand that the guest house supports vulnarable children, but investing in a more comfortable matrass would be ideal.
