Location and the view are just perfect! Apartment is big & spacious, clean, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay, beds are comfy. The owner is super nice & up to date with communication. I would definitely stay here again & recommend this flat.

A big and spacious apartment, an apartment where you will feel like you are in the 80s and as an architect, it is a pity that such apartments are not built anymore. the location is great, the facilities are very good and a good landlord supports you in every way.

Lively big area for long stay. Location is perfect to feel the air of the city and culture. Bus stations in front of the building are enough to go anywhere at anytime. Both rooms have AC and heating is enough for winter. Smoking at balcony with a nice view of St. Mark Orthodox Church feel tranquil at night even I'm Muslim :)

I don't know the system of heating was broken or that was normal working but moving water sound inside radiator could be disturbing. Flex carpets on flooring got really old and so dusty, it could be clean better or replace with different style of carpet. Parquet flooring is so creaky and you are finding yourself so loudly while walking, need to taking care of that old beauty. Anyway you are not buying house, it's well renovated and meeting all your expectations.
