Apartments Nautilus

What I did like : - the price but even for this price I would expect some decent facilities - the location close to beaches and old town center - the sea view on the terrace is wonderful - the owners were very friendly and willing to help anytime

We stayed here almost 2 weeks - 2 families in one big apartment. The apartment is very spacious but : - it was very poor equiped (very few pieces of furniture - no space to put all our clothes , there was only one small wardrobe and a commode no bedside cabinets, not enough chairs on the terrace) - it was not very clean ( the rug in our room was dirty, some spider webs in the corners, a lot of dust, the toilet smelly). - the bathroom did not have any  shelf to put our toiletries - e.g. no shelf to put at least our toothbrush. 😁 - there was only one small mirror, in the bathroom, in the whole apartment - the kitchen is shared and it is also poorly equiped - very few kitchenware

The location is good and there was free parking available.

The room they gave us was a totally different room than I reserved. I reserved a Superior 3 person room with the kitchen. They gave me a room with only 2 beds and one child bed and a really bad bathroom. There was no dryer, no cloth hangings and no bathroom shampoo etc. And in room picture there are dryer and kitchen. And in reservation info, clearly it says there is a kitchen. We had to kill a 3cm insect in the middle of the night. I wrote to the lady for the situation and she was so rude and told me that I can leave the hotel. We stayed because finding another hotel at night was so hard and we were so tired. And after we left I figured out that they told to the booking.com that we didn't stayed at the hotel. And they took the exact money on my booking reservation. I'm sure that the lady will answer to that comment with a lot of baseless excuses but I don't care. Stay away from that hotel.
