It was a great apartement. Its very clean and modern. I liked that I could park in the basement and use the lift with all the lugage to the 8th floor. The host is very kind and she gives very good instructions on WhatsApp. We were 4 adults and had a lot of space.

I think there should be a shower curtain in the bathroom.

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment booked through Booking.com.. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and matched the photos on the listing. We especially appreciated the balcony view, quiet neighborhood, proximity to the center. The location was ideal—close to the center, which made exploring the area very convenient. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus during the warmer days.

Everything! It was perfect. It has a private parking, very clean, all you need in the kitchen and bathroom. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, cosy living room and balcony, it was better than expected! We are really happy to choose this place and we will anytime we will come here!

Nothing to mention.

The apartment is quite big, you can find anything you want for a long or short term stay. I found clean sheets and towels, the overall cleaning of the apartment was well done. It was also very quiet, no noises from outside or from the neighbours. The underground parking spot is amazing, but there is catch that mentioned below. I would have honestly rated it a 10, but the parking access remote drained my energy, therefore here is a 9.

There are some broken things that should be repaired/replaced such as the toilet paper holder and the face towel holder in the bathroom. Still, the most frustrating thing was the remote to access the parking. When I arrived, the keys in the locker were floating in water (it rained a lot on the day of arrival). The remote was not working, I assumed it’s because of the water, so I contacted the host immediately to let her know. I see that previous guests mentioned the same issue with the remote before me, therefore I am quite disappointed that it wasn’t fixed. I stayed there for 4 nights, it rained continuously during those days and every time I had to get out in the rain to ask the guard to open the gate.

Good position, you can arrive in 10-15 minute to the all objective from the city.

The flat is very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. There are all amenities inside the flat to make you feel at home. Parking is available in the underground garage of the building. The location is perfect for sightseeing Brașov, with a lot of amenities around and well connected. Communication with the host was very smooth, she was very prompt with all the instructions for check-in. I recommend Mirandis Privilegio for a homey stay in Brașov.
