I had a paid reservation. I arrived at midnight because of flight. When I arrived, they did not have my room available and gave 2 options that were not acceptable, 1) go to their sister hotel 10km away (40 minutes because of the road condition; I couldn't take this option because I had a 6am business meeting around the corner from this property planned already and it was too late to reach my contact to reschedule) 2) their closet that had a bed in it. They did not offer any other solutions except those 2, so I was stranded in the middle of the night not able to make other reservations elsewhere.
