Price was very competitive and affortable for a single room. Free bottles of water were offered and there was a electric kettle to boil some water for tea/coffee. The room was equipped with a modern fridge and a TV as well. Mattress was comfy and the bathroom clean.

Bed sheets and towels weren't perfectly clean (sheets had a few darker spots, towels were very old and with bleached spots); but the real issue was my room neighbour, who yelled several hours going back and forth along the corridor, from his room (just next to mine) to the elevator. Hey was clearly out of his mind (kept screaming and yelling by himself from about 9 pm to 1 am) and later on continued walking back and forth along the corridor, stopping in front of the elevator and then returning in front of his room. I felt very much in danger and couldn't go out of the room to say something to him, because we were the only guests on that floor (6th, and reception was far away at the around floor). Nobody in other rooms said anything or informed the reception (there was no phone in the room to call downstairs, so I couldn't do it myself), and I spent the night terrified (could sleep barely an hour, 'cause he kept doing some noise in his room and woke me up several times till 4 am, when I decided to stay awake till 6am, the time I was supposed to leave to the airport). At 6am I literally ran to the elevator and hoped he was sleeping. I am here writing this so everything went well, but that night was a nightmare. I suggest to the hotel management to provide telephones in the rooms to call the reception in case of problems.
