Pucarrumilloc Lodge

The location was beautiful, room was great and clean, the host was also great ! It was about a 10min walk into town which I enjoyed because Ollantaytambo can be quite busy at times, but this location was quiet and peaceful.

The kitchen/common area couldve been a bit cleaner, it wasnt horrible though, and everything you need to cook is there!

The wifi was good.

The fact that you had to pay extra for basic amenities like soap and a towel, and that upon check in, card was not accepted and had to pay with cash.

Wonderful location, in the night you hear only the river next to the house. Rooms exactly as on the photos, with private bathroom with stable, hot shower (best I've had in Peru), very spacious and with amazing views on the mountains. The room is great for a couple or 3 people (if you're ok with semi-translucent walls of the bathroom). Access to a kitchen with basic equipment, fridge and stove and spacious place to eat with amazing views. Very quiet place, only 1km (road with very slight slope) from the main square. Very nice host, welcoming, helpful and open. Trully the best place I've stayed for 5 weeks in Peru!

In the nights it's cold, but this is normal in Peru - so just be aware of that and in the accomodation you have many blankets, so inside you'll be ok. There are no furniture to store your staff (wardrobe/cabinet) but the room is spacious, so we organized without problems.
