Была парковка , в целом квартира неплохая но для семьи из 4 будет маленькой , диван в ливинге не раскладывается и спать на нем не удобно

Peisajul exterior

La ora 15 nu era gata ap, locul de parcare nu mai exista, nu aveam cum sa iau cheile din cutia poștală fiind ușa blocului închisă fără cod de intrare. Am primit o telecomandă pt parcare care nu funcționa și multe altele. La prețul piperat solicitat nu am găsit nici măcar o sticlă de apă , frigider inexistent și multe altele….

Privelistea spre lac.

Nu am avut lumina in baie,furtunul la dus rupt,mult praf pe rafturi,masa, locatia parea invechita. Infiltrati tavan bucatarie,covor murdar in living.

Apartment is spacious and location was great

Parking remote control was not working so could not enter the parking ...when I wrote them about it they ignored my messages. Windows curtains were broken

A large, spacious apartment with a nice view… especially at night. There’s really nothing to complain about. Underground car garage with access from the other side of the building. On top of that, great communication with the owner. The price is fully adequate to the quality.

The fact that the owner is a liar and has an advertisement about this accommodation, which is lying. It has one bedroom, and the other supposed bedroom is actually an office with a small and uncomfortable sofa. So the ad is a fraud!!!
