Seaside Serendipity

Great proximity to several beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping. Fully stocked kitchen..2 smart tvs..beach towels and a closet full of beach items! Huge outdoor pool which we didn't use as we went to the beach in our free time. We would bring fishing gear next time to fish in the waterway on the back side of the unit.

Unit is older but in good shape. It was ok for a few days while we got our kid moved into college, but the sofa bed os not appropriate as a second bed. They pulled the mattress off and slept on the floor as it was more comfortable. This unit would be better suited for 2 adults than a family of 4. No elevator...heads up.if you have large bags/bad knees

the location was perfect! we saw dolphins almost every morning in the bay area. our favorite part was the beach closet full of so many beach items!

The kitchen was well equipped. And the closet full beach supplies and games was fantastic. The unit was exceptionally clean 😀

The unit needed dish cloths and dish towels especially since there was no dishwasher. The pool was very large and beautifully maintained but it isn’t heated so it was too cold for me to get into.

Clean. Nice interior space.

My wife and I were looking for an affordable place to stay for a couple of days for our 20th anniversary. We left the kids at home and were very surprised at how clean and inviting this condo was. It was in a great location and right across the street from the beach. We saw dolphins every day off of our balcony in the water inlet. The hosts communicated well and made us feel welcome even though we left ourselves in with a door code. We don't travel much but we want to move down to this area of Florida, so we will definitely be staying here again if it is available.

The building itself was out dated and in need of repair, but our condo itself was definitely nice.
