The room was well organised and clean to an extend. The towels had stains.

The owner does not know how to treat customers. I thought check out time was 11am and the owner said that it was 10am and because it now to 11am I need to pay hundred, which I ddnt have a problem with. Then she started shouting at me saying she is the owner of that place and she makes the rules. I should go check booking.com for the checkout time. I did not want to cause i scene. I just dressed I took my bags. When I was checking out now wanting to pay. I was told it’s okay I can go. I mean why??? Mxi I wouldn’t recommend this guesthouse to anyone.

The room was sooo clean

There was no signage, I was roaming, so I had network challenges. I stood at the closed gate for a long time, without help. I wish they could put a signage for the guest house so that it is easy to locate the place. It was also difficult to reach the host on whatsapp whenever i needed to reach out.

The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs.

The kitchen was downstairs and the bedroom upstairs and it wasn't convenient to go up and down when preparing a simple breakfast. Also the kitchen could have done with some cleaning as the oven tops were greasy and we had to clean the refrigerator before putting food in. No
