Had a bit of an issue with check but all went well. They need to update their contact details

Location. Privacy and the stuff was friendly

I liked the room and privacy. The room was clean and there was a microwave as well. I like that it's closer to the University where my sessions are

Reception: The worst thing that happened was that: - there is no signage, at all, so I struggled to find it and when I did, I wasn't sure it's the right place. - there is no reception area, all gates are locked, the bell at the gate doesn't work, and the contact number o found on Booking.com isn't working. It kept saying the number is not in use. - an hour after I stood outside, someone came out and said she was not informed i was checking in on that day. I was standing in the street feeling very unsafe. But the room was then satisfactory when I finally checked in

I didn't get the place and stuff didn't pick up the phones and it was my fault cause I booked and my money gone just like that.

Overally, the room was fine.

We just had issues with the sleeper couch, the most uncomfortable and bumpy sleeper couch ever.
