The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The shared bathroom does not have a key

The picture of the guest house and features displayed are not what is physically there. The place is terrible.

Location was good,but I didn't see any breakfast that's a problem

Nothing at all I did not stay there at all I left we walked in and left not sleeping there had to find other accommodation but ended up going home as there was no accommodation available.

The adress on booking.com is not the adress you stay at There was no running water. There was no door on the room my daughter had to sleep in. The toilet did not flush. They dont give you keys to come in freely. The windows where broken we I had to sleep. They lock you in the room at night and you have to ask to be let out was what we were told. The picture on the booking.com is not the same when u get there

Shower not in good working condition. No cold water coming out, only hot water. Bucket use to flush the toilet.

The guest house is not at the location that was advertised on the website and was a completely different location. As it is misleading to clients and a breach of the agreement.
