Very unhygienic apartment - so bad that we walked out and had to find another hotel at midnight. The entire apartment was filthy and even the bed sheets were used and not clean. There was no air condition and because of being in the basement floor there was smell of damp everywhere especially in the bathroom. Constant music from the clubs nearby with random men in groups hanging out outside. Just terrible. This was our worst experience in Morocco. Do not stay.

Good value.

There's a bar upstairs that plays loud music the whole evening until 2AM. For light sleepers this could pose a serious problem while trying to sleep. It was in a really crowded part of town and the street it is in, is pedestrian-only, so we had a little trouble finding a parking spot close by. Therefore we had to carry our luggage a long way out.

The location.

This is in the lower level of a building. Doesn’t have windows to the street , felt like we were in a shoes box. Not fresh air circulation, not AC. Smell some humidity.

Very clean! Excellent location. Decent bed. Towels, hairdryer, clothes washer, couch, good shower. Communication with the host was excellent and directions were spot-on.

It’s noisy at night because of local nightclub but quiet once it closes. Property does provide earplugs. We were surprised that the entire apartment is underground; there are no outside windows, therefore, very little air flow.

It is close to the center, very quite in the morning, a lot of shops and restaurants close by. Possible to park on the nearest streets (you have to pay around 30 dirham per day) - the one on which is the apartment is only for walking. Close to the property there is a bus stop for Hop On bus. The instructions of the host were very detailed and managed to get the keys and connect to wifi easy.

We stayed only one night and it was very noisy, I am not sure if there is a night club close, but there was loud music until 12 (at least). There ware not enough bed sheets. We were 5 - 3 adults and 2 kids. I slept with the 2 kids on the bed and the other two adults had to sleep on the sofas and there were only two bed sheets for them - if there were 2 more it was going to be perfect. Also we were missing 2 more towel, but we managed with 3.
