The place was dirty. False advertising. No towels for guests Bad Service for guests Bad house keeping eg No changing of pillows or cleaning of the room for strictly 3 days in a row. They over charged us by R1100.00 Couldn't sleep because of bed bugs and roaches. The place is very untidy and unpleasant to stay in.

"IT WAS A TRAUMA"

IT IS LOCATED IN A NICE AREA, BUT THE PLACE IS NOT CLEAN AT ALL

EVERYTHING , I AM SO DISSAPOINTED ,WHAT I SAW ON THE INTERNET IS NOT WHAT I SAW WITH PHYSICAL EYES. THE KITCHEN IS NOT CLEAN,EVEN THE SMELLING IN THE KITCHEN. THE ARE COCROACHES IN THE KITCHEN AND IN THE ROOMS. BATHROOMS AS WELL NOT CLEAN. THE GATE WHERE WE PARK CARS WAS NOT ;OCKED ,IT WAS BROKEN. NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS I WAS SO DISSAPOINTED ,THEY MUST NOT MISLEAD PEOPLE WITH OLD PICTURES ON THE INTERNET

Our stay was ok but on arrival we had a problem with the check in as we paid for 4 days but the property insisted we booked for 3 days only ,we had to book at a different venue for one night. We would like a refund for the one day.

nothing to like ...only maybe good thing was where its situated

nothing to like ...the place ruined our weekend ... nothing at all was as advertised ... place is not fit for tourists , shocking shocking experience ... i want a refund ,
