Comfortable bed, good shower although couldn't close the door and close to My Khe Beach.

Air conditioning not functioning correctly, minibar/fridge not cold, TV - no channels, shower door tight to floor so wouldn't shut, broken/misaligned cupboards. Not as described by Booking.com.

Location as it was close to everything

The first room we were given had a strong putrid smell when we arrived and a big humidity problem. The window could not be opened and after one night we asked to change rooms. We were given another room which was okay and had no smell. Unfortunately, there was no electricity when we woke up to leave on our last day. The staff was pleasant but the communication was difficult due to the language barrier. Staff were smoking in the lobby so it smelt strongly of cigarette. Overall, the stay was disappointing as it could have been more pleasant.
