The female at the reception was very friendly, helpful and especially competent.

It was in a good location and had air conditioning

Restaurant was very poor, no option for breakfast just fruit, buffet was closed and not much atmosphere.

I liked the friendly behaviour of the staff at the reception / front desk! Always willing to assist me with a smile. They took great care of my requirements. For example, they'd provide me with their staff to take me to the nearby market area in their car / bike. Sumitra and Umesh to mention.

It’s off season in February, not so much like the waiter or the staff sometimes kept staring at me when I having their meal in the dining hall. When the waiter stood at the cashier keeping the eyesight to the customer w/o saying nothing, the weird silence made guest uncomfortable.
