Location

Room wasn’t ready when we checked-in at 10pm, the bedding wasn’t done and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Breakfast wasn’t that varied.

Ótimo custo benefício para quem pretende passar uma noite em águas calientes. Camas confortáveis e banheiro amplo.

O hotel entrou em contato comigo semanas antes da hospedagem para saber o horário do trem e ofereceu de graça a busca na estação de trem. Quando cheguei à cidade, não tinha ninguém do hotel esperando e nem responderam ao WhatsApp ou atenderam telefone. Além disso, o quarto triplo era bem apertado. E a limpeza deixou a desejar. Não possui aquecedor. Mas fiquei poucas horas.

I enjoyed and would recommend for budget travellers. Some of the staff feels new and inexperienced, but anchor staff (like at reception) were above and beyond kind and wonderful. It's solid facilities a bit off the beaten tourist path of the town in a busy neighborhood. Still quite convenient.

There are better value deals to be found. However, there is not any key fault of this hotel. It will suit most budget travellers fine.

Bel hôtel récent. Salle à manger avec une belle vue. Belle chambre.

Aunque aguas calientes es pequeño la ubicación es muy buena porq no hay que subir escaleras para llegar, cerca de la estación de tren, habitaciones cómodas y limpias.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el desayuno, era muy básico y solo hasta las 8 AM, contraté una excursión a las 12 del mediodía para poder descansar y me llamaron para avisarme que a las 8 se iba el personal del desayuno.
