Greenwich Apartments

The location was good, with a nice view

We had a horrible experience from the time we checked in, where our key wasn’t unlocking the apartment. It took 20 minutes for someone to answer a phone and another 20 minutes for someone to assist us. This person also told us that there was no garage key or access tag to enter the building (as mentioned in our guide), therefore every time someone wanted to enter or exit, we had to go ask the security guard. The security guard was also terrible, not even knowing where the parking bays were, making us go up to the 8th floor and walk down all 8 floors for no reason as the parking was in the basement. Then once we entered the apartment, there was a terrible odour and cockroaches. We mentioned it to the property management company who promised they would come the next day, and they never did. They then promised the next day, and after 2 days of waiting, the dead cockroaches were still on the floor in multiple rooms. The management company (Propr) was absolutely terrible at handling our entire situation, with premade responses to calm us down, when in fact they just never came to sort out the problems after claiming they did. The water pressure was also low in the apartment. Terrible experience purely down to the management company, their lack of service, and cleanliness. No solution was provided for our problems.
