Le hace falta mantenimiento y mejor trato del anfitrión...

It was close to tolantongo

Good room, with facilities to cook and a store located right next to the property, was very convenient for groceries.

The water supply was bad, it was really a trickle from the shower and the sink in the bathroom, the kitchen sink was still ok. There was construction going on infront of the hotel, so the road to teh hotel was blocked, but the owner arranged for the car parking and a shorter walking route to the room, but if you have a suitcase it's a little annoying. The town was empty, no people except in teh store and no restuarants around so we were lucky the grocery store was right next to the room. The hotel was right at the Plaza as they call it, but not a single soul around.

Good communication with the owner, very clear instructions. Friendly and helpful host, grocery store Nextdoor We were able to enter the room 4 hours before the check in time

No windows! A very spacious place but feels like a prison. No paper towels, no extra toilet paper, no napkins, Kitchen: no hot water, pans a very old and scratched , no pots at all. Gas stove but no matches or lighter, I had to buy my own
