Perfect apartment, great location, lot of space, clean...

Easy check in, very helpful staff, close to the train station and the centre, well equipped kitchen

The kitchen is very small, only one chair to sit.

The apartment was spacious, had all the amenities you need.

There were no heated towel rail, so we couldn’t dry our clothing.

There was a hidden cleaning fee 5€. I think it shuould either be included in the price or they should let you know up front.

Nice size flat, close to train station, flat stays cool despite it being warm outside. We were allowed to check in early.

The towels provided are small - hand towels and a flannel. There is a 5 euro cleaning fee which isn’t disclosed at time of booking. The flat is on the ground floor and near a busy road so beware if you’re sensitive to noise. The bed is very firm and the pillows are extremely thin.

Overall a quite nice apartment. The location is good within easy walking distance (around half km) both to the centre and the train station. The apartment was nice for the category and spacey enough for 4 people. The comfortness of beds maybe not too exciting, but met our expectations. Btw., for taller people would recommend to chose the sofa instead of bed. Bathroom also is quite good. Didn't use their kitchen and cannot comment on that.

Would strongly suggest take note of their check-in times (stated as 14:00-20:00 at the time of our stay and of writing this review) and to consider booking only if you are certain that your arrival time fits this window. We were charged 20 EUR extra for arriving just 1 hour late (slightly before 21:00). Since we came by car and were driving around 15 hours to get there, it wasn't really that easy to fit the arrival time as we have wished. Moreover, not really meaningful communication with the owner about this - wwere asked about arrival time 2 days in advance, explained what our expectations is (actually wrote that we expect to be even later), but got any answer just on the afternoon of the planned arrival day, when we were already well on our way with no options to depart earlier... Of course, this is a kind of thing that have been good to check first, before booking this place, but frankly, having stayed in tens of booked apartments, have never experienced such a nuisance before. Pricewise this was a good option for a family of 4 people, for just 2 people would suggest taking a look at the hotels first (this is what we initially booked, before changing plans for traveling in larger group). Also note that parking is free and can be good, but is not guaranteed or reserved - it is in yard between two apartment building on first-come first-served based. We were a bit lucky to arrive just before somebody else left in front of us. Otherwise the place seems quite crowded, the locals apparently somehow manage to find the parking spots though.

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. We asked to check in early, and there was no problem with that. Very nice communication with the owner. The sofa-bed was comfortable to sleep on

The bed was uncomfortable with a rather thin and soft mattress.

First floor, good price

Only small towels available, “extra bed” for children was air mattress - through the night deflated itself (probably broken) , wc doors can’t be locked, many things in apartment were for decorative purposes only. Asks for “cleaning money” 5 EUR. Car parking is challenge.
