Badly located

I had an extremely poor experience at this accommodation. The basin in the bathroom was so small it was practically unusable — you couldn’t even wash your face or shave properly. Shockingly, there was no mirror in the bathroom at all. Privacy was a major concern — the curtains were so transparent that neighbours could clearly see inside, including during showers or while using the toilet. Totally unacceptable. Hygiene standards were equally bad. Towels were not clean, some even had visible lipstick stains on them. The surrounding neighbourhood was very noisy, especially at night, and there were no security measures in place whatsoever. To make matters worse, there were only two overworked women seemingly running the entire place — day and night, without rest. Clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. Attempts to call the contact number listed on their website went unanswered repeatedly. No one from management was present or enforcing order when rowdy guests arrived in the early morning hours, disturbing everyone with noise and shouting. Absolutely no control over guest behaviour. Overall, this place fails on basic cleanliness, privacy, safety, and service. I would strongly advise against staying here

On my way there I contacted the establishment to send me their location via WhatsApp. With no joy from them we continued our trip with the location provided from booking.com. When we arrived at the location we tried calling the establishment as the location wasn't correct. We tried the location Google provided aswell with no joy we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for the establishment. Eventually we got hold of the establishment. On arrival at the establishment the staff was not welcoming, they never had our booking on record. We where just put in a room because we were there. The room had 1 towel, no complementary bathroom soaps. When we requested an iron and ironing board they said their irons are not working.

The guesthouse is very comfortable and has all the amenities and facilities required for a visit to this area in Limpopo.

The absence/invisibility of the WiFi password. A little card in the room with this detail would help.
